Head of Video Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Video Enablement team at Google Inc. As a key member of our Large Customer Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of high-performing Video Enablement Leads to achieve business outcomes and drive growth for our customers and Google.
- Develop and implement short-term (quarterly) and long-term (multi-year) plans that enable our sales teams to deliver maximum measurable value for customers and Google.
- Represent Google and YouTube's capabilities to meet the needs of all marketers looking to build strong businesses with internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with our vertical sales management and go-to-market teams to bring new offerings to market, drive business growth, and influence our future video product and measurement roadmap.
Requirements- 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
- Deep expertise in domain and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Effective influencing and collaboration skills with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level executives and clients.
