Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Associate to join our Kindred Home Care team. As a Client Support Liaison, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to clients in their homes.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You will be required to provide emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, medication management, and other household tasks.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and service plans.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this role.
  • A minimum of 1 month of experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • You must be comfortable working on the road and have access to a vehicle for client visits.
