Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Indigenous Community Liaison to join our team at Exp Global Inc. as an Architectural Coop Student.


The successful candidate will assist the Design Team with administrative functions, build relationships with multiple teams and Indigenous communities, and help present the project to various audiences.

Job Description

  1. Assist in design activities related to the Atlantic Science Enterprise Centre (ASEC) project.
  2. Help the Design Team with administrative tasks and processes.
  3. Build strong relationships with multiple teams and Indigenous communities.
  4. Presentation skills are necessary to communicate project information to various audiences.
  5. Support other projects undertaken by the Design Team when possible.
  6. Liaise with sub-consultants and subcontractors.


Requirements

  • An interest in architecture, engineering, and community engagement is essential.
  • A technical background in architecture, engineering, or construction would be considered an asset.
  • A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
  • Pursuing or intending to pursue post-secondary or a technical program is a must.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Basic understanding of new software applications is expected.
