We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at Kautex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns related to HR matters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including attendance, turnover, and benefits utilization.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of HR systems and software; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages an asset.
This is a full-time position with a first shift schedule. The successful candidate will be based in our Ontario, Windsor location.
