Job Title: Fabric Salesperson

Mook Fabrics is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fabric Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on fabric selection and recommend products to meet customer needs.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying merchandise and creating attractive store displays.
  • Conduct sales transactions through various channels, including in-store and online.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or textile-related environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
