About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Salesperson to join our team at Mook Fabrics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on fabric selection and merchandise to customers
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions efficiently
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of fabrics
  • Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a fast-paced and organized work environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg
  • Availability to work a 37.5 hour week
