TJX Canada is seeking a skilled Logistics Project Manager to join our team. As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated plans that enable the development and execution of key training, centralized communications, and all related project management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute logistics training plans and programs to support logistics training strategy and roadmap
  • Assess and monitor logistics training programs and provide recommended improvements
  • Identify gaps in training and program development and document established logistics standards for training
  • Collaborate with L&D to review and create training and program content
  • Develop communication tools and templates to drive consistent and effective communication of logistics programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in logistics operations with an understanding of multi-modal logistics
  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Completed or working towards certificate in Adult Learning
  • Excellent project management skills and leadership abilities
