Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Logistics team at TJX Canada. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated plans that enable the development and execution of key training, centralized communications, and project management support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute logistics training plans and programs to support logistics training strategy and roadmap
  • Assess and monitor logistics training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Identify gaps in training and program development and document established logistics standards for training
  • Collaborate with L&D to review and create training and program content to bridge training gaps
  • Develop communication tools and templates to drive consistent and effective communication of logistics programs to the business
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of large-scale initiatives and ensure long-term transition and success into the business
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations with an understanding of multi-modal logistics
  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred (Training, Communications, Logistics, Supply Chain) or equivalent experience
  • Completed or working towards certificate in Adult Learning; experienced in adult learning and facilitation techniques
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of medium to large-scale projects
  • Excellent project management skills including structured project methodology, determining needs, researching existing programs, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to lead, motivate and indirect teams
