Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Logistics Training to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our Logistics Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated training plans, managing logistics projects, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to enhance logistics operations and improve associate knowledge and skills
  • Manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Assess and monitor training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics vendors and carriers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on training and development
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or training and development
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in managing medium to large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
