We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at JPS Construction Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Google Drive and electronic mail
