Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Liidlii Kue hotel NT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, taking into account seasonal fluctuations and menu changes.
  • Hire and train food service staff to ensure that they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
