Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Liidlii Kue hotel NT LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our guests.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.
- Fluency in English.
