Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Liidlii Kue hotel NT LTD. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our guests.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
