Job Overview:

The HR Pro is seeking a skilled Professional Staging Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing home staging strategies that maximize the appeal of properties to prospective buyers.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to determine the required home improvements and staging items for each property
  • Develop project plans and budgets for each staging project, including furniture, furnishings, and decor
  • Communicate with clients and agents to ensure clear understanding of staging proposals and timelines
  • Coordinate with tradespeople and vendors to ensure successful implementation of staging plans
  • Act as lead on staging day, ensuring smooth execution of plan and meeting agreed-upon criteria
  • Sourcing and buying staging inventory
  • Maintaining inventory / quality of inventory throughout the year

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in home staging or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What We Offer:

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
