Job Title: Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, the Manager of Strategic Partnerships will own some of our largest partnerships and help drive global and cross-product partnership opportunities. You'll be responsible for managing partners directly and will collaborate closely with the wider partnerships, strategy, product, legal, and finance teams at Lightspeed to determine priorities for some of our largest partnerships at Lightspeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with cross-vertical partners
  • Schedule regular touch points with key partners and ensure our cross-vertical partners can articulate Lightspeed's priorities and how they can help
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment; Ability to do your job in a truly flexible environment
