We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Health Plus One. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Promote and sell our products to customers, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and features.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records to support business operations.
- Store Operations: Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a repetitive task environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
