Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Brick Canmore. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
- Sales: Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Furniture store, appliance store.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication, client focus.
- Commission: Earn a competitive commission on sales.
