We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Health Plus One. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Promote and sell our products, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and features.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Health Plus One's standards and policies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
As a Retail Sales Associate at Health Plus One, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. You will be required to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
