Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Brick Canmore. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
  • Sales: Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Furniture store, appliance store.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication, client focus.
