Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Best Buy Express. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and solutions to customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for technology, telecommunications, and sales, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset, but not required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with a focus on languages spoken in Canada.
