We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at White Eagle Homes Ltd. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and minor repairs to appliances and equipment.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and other refuse.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs as assigned by management.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work at various locations and may be exposed to physically demanding conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work in a variety of settings and may be exposed to repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
