Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Marketing efforts by performing a variety of administrative tasks, preparing sales-related documents, and promoting brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
- Prepare sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or certification not required.
