Sales Coordinator

About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and generating offers based on customer technical and commercial specifications and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and commercial specifications to generate accurate and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate activities in the territory of responsibility, including quotes monitoring, follow-ups, and contract management.
- Support the sales team with customer management and business development, including identifying market trends and competitor behavior.
- Develop and suggest action plans to increase efficiency and achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and agents as required.
Requirements
- Technician or Engineering degree is desirable.
- A minimum of 1 year of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales, inside sales, or marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French and advanced English communication skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with external customers and staff.
- Proficiency using personal computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
