About the Role

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and generating offers based on customer technical and commercial specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical and commercial specifications to generate proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate activities in the territory of responsibility, including quotes monitoring, follow-ups, and contract management.
  • Support the sales team with customer management and business development.
  • Contribute to achieving company sales and profitability goals by providing strategic information and recommendations.
  • Develop and suggest action plans to increase efficiency in the inside sales department.
  • Aggressively follow up on key target projects and open quotes.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and proposing regional strategies and action plans.
  • Identify market trends, including pricing and competitor behavior.
  • Report as required and conduct win-loss analysis.

Requirements

  • Techincal or engineering degree is desirable.
  • A minimum of 1 year of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales, inside sales, or marketing.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in French and advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with external customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required (no more than 5% of the time).
