Sales Coordinator

About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and generating offers based on customer technical and commercial specifications and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer technical and commercial specifications to generate accurate and competitive offers.
- Support the sales team with technical and commercial support, including quote monitoring and follow-ups.
- Oversee and lead day-to-day activities in a specific territory to maintain and expand the customer base and order intake.
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders and enter them into the SAP system.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Techincal or engineering degree desirable.
- Minimum 1 year of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales, inside sales or marketing.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in French and advanced English communication skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with external customers and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Ability to travel as required (less than 5% of the time).
