The P&G Coffee Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, in a fast-paced environment.
