Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at 4B Coffee Futures Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset

Work Environment: Our café is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and may be required to lift heavy objects.
