Job Summary

This position provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and facility support to the sales operations organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, effective communication within the team, and maintaining the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare and edit reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Provide sales team support as needed related to recognition documentation and ad hoc requests.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, an understanding of sales operations, and the ability to work independently with professionalism.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
