Business Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 7th Laurel Immigration Consulting Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, financial oversight, and administrative efficiency.
Responsibilities- Oversight of office administrative procedures, evaluating and implementing improvements.
- Management of financial processes, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis.
- Establishment of work priorities and delegation of tasks to office support staff to meet deadlines.
- Handling of administrative activities related to post-secondary admissions.
- Administration of policies for processing government access to information and privacy requests.
- Planning and coordination of office services, including relocation, maintenance, security, and procurement.
- Conduct of analyses and oversight of budgeting, contracting, and project planning.
- Preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
- Supervision of records management technicians and related staff, if required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in operations management.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in the immigration consulting industry is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Immigration Assistant, Paralegal, Business Administration, or a related field.
