Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at KERALA FOOD COURT INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food and service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, kitchen operations management, and staff development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The Executive Chef will work 30 to 44 hours per week.
