Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest quality standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate special events and banquets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
