Optical Retail Store Leader

The Store Manager is a key leadership role within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our optical retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, leading a team of professionals to provide unparalleled service and sales expertise to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
- Team Leadership: Develop and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive business growth.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Attract, hire, and retain top talent to ensure the store has the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster strong relationships with our Doctor of Optometry partners to drive customer and patient satisfaction.
- Store Image and Brand Representation: Ensure that the store is always presented in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the EssilorLuxottica Group brand.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
- Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills.
- Certifications: LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program (if applicable).
