Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unparalleled customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to the team, leveraging company-provided programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Net Promoter Score, sales to plan, customer count, complete pair, labor, training saturation, exam growth, and others.
- Team Management: Attract and hire highly engaged team members to ensure the store has the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Doctor Partnership: Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs.
- Operational Excellence: Take pride in the store and guide the team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines flawlessly, ensuring the best customer and patient experience.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all company-approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently per standards, maintaining a safe and enjoyable working environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications; strong influencing and negotiating skills; team building and management skills; knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise; strong communication and listening skills; basic math skills; sales skills; familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators; ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: College degree or equivalent.
- Certifications: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states; LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification; LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail.
- Knowledge and Skills: High level of business acumen, including detailed knowledge of LC Dashboard.
Compensation and Benefits:
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
