LensCrafters is a leading optical retailer in North America, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and excellence in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service and support, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze store performance data and implement action plans to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, customer count, and labor efficiency.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that our stores are visually appealing and well-maintained, showcasing our products in a way that drives sales and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Doctor of Optometry Partnership: Collaborate with our Doctors of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience, driving store KPIs and business growth.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent
- State Licensure: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
- Experience: 4+ years management/supervisory experience
- Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills
