Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is a rural retail business with limited public transportation options.
