Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Rural area, Retail business
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a team of 3-4 people. Public transportation is not available. The work term is permanent, with a work language of English, and hours of 35 to 40 per week.
