Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our store is located in a rural area, and public transportation is not available. We offer a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, with diversity and cross-cultural training programs in place.
What We Offer- Permanent work term
