Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at GASBAR MOBIL. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week in an urban retail environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
