Retail Store Manager

At SHELL, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales workers to meet the needs of our customers.
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure seamless store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
