Job Opportunity:

The RBC Dominion Securities Management team is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to join their team in Oshawa. This leadership role provides operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including transaction approvals, request verification, and account openings.
  • Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
  • Provide technical support, setup, and troubleshooting for branch technology.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and understanding manner.
  • Liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal partners.
  • Support the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
