Overview

Renewal by Andersen of British Columbia, a leading window replacement division of the renowned Andersen Corporation, is seeking an accomplished Sales and Customer Experience Representative to enhance customer satisfaction in home upgrades. As a locally owned company and the largest home improvement firm in British Columbia, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18, with potential commission earnings up to $35 per hour. The actual compensation package will be based on factors such as work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more, which your recruiter can discuss during the hiring process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will engage in door-to-door canvassing, generating high-quality leads while recording accurate data about prospective customers and targeted market areas. They will utilize Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business applications to track and record information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vigorously generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories, creating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Utilize Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business applications to maintain accurate records of house-to-house information and data tracking.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, being highly self-motivated, courteous, neat, clean, and properly uniformed at all times, with required municipality permitting.
  • Attend paid meetings and trainings as required and be able to walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
  • Communicate ideas to improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies with the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Become a master of Renewal by Andersen's methodology, product, and current promotional offerings, and a Signature Service expert.
  • Daily attendance at pre-shift morning meetings with team members via zoom or in person.
  • Check in with the Proximity Manager prior to departure from turf and at the end of every shift.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to navigate to and from work.
  • Customer Service or door-to-door experience, along with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day, staying within 60 miles of the office.
