Mechanical Field Operations Manager

Job Overview
Ganotec is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Field Manager to join our team. As a Mechanical Field Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, overseeing the organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance of mechanical field operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan projects in a particular construction area, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Oversee all operations relating to mechanical field work, including discipline craft supervision and subcontractor management.
- Direct and train personnel on job safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Establish and maintain accurate BIM models and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
- Administer subcontracts and ensure that all quality assurance and company standards are met.
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction experience, with 3+ years in a Mechanical Superintendent/Manager/Leadership capacity.
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience with BIM and working on rail projects highly desirable.
- Ability to oversee multiple disciplines, including steel, piping, and mechanical.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
