Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quote and marketing support for groups up to 500 lives.
  • Prepare client-ready reports and documents.
  • Develop and present proposals and alternative plans to clients.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate quoting.
  • Support advisors in obtaining proper quotations and submitting necessary documentation.
  • Review and sign off on final reports, providing support to the team as needed.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education with at least three years of experience in the group benefits industry.
  • Working knowledge of group insurance principles, assessment techniques, and group benefit plans.
  • Exceptional focus on value-driven customer service.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and issue resolution skills.
  • Excellent reasoning, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
