About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description
  • Determine and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Paladin's offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with operations, IT, engineering, and other corporate departments to drive the adoption of integrated security systems.
  • Present and propose innovative solutions to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes from our services.
Requirements
  • Must have progressive outside sales experience in a technical sales environment, preferably in the integrated security, networking/data cabling, and/or commercial audio-visual industries.
  • Familiarity with complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, RTLS, nurse call, PA systems, fence detection, digital signage, corporate AV, or other related systems is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of technologies such as IP networks, low-voltage electronics, power and communications, Windows XP or 7 workstations, and Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Post-secondary education; a University degree in Business is preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
