Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a specific territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue goals within the territory.
  • Manage customer orders from quoting to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the steel or metals industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel (approx. 70%) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct market analysis.
