What does the Regional Sales Manager do?

Operating in South-central Ontario and reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Regional Sales Manager will focus on new account development and double-digit growth of existing distribution partners. The selling ratio consists of 80% new account development and 20% on existing.

More specific responsibilities...

Distribution Partners
- Grow profitable sales of our key brands within our distribution partners.
- New sales growth, line item expansion and retention of existing accounts.
- Develop and secure chemical sales in combination with customer specific sales programs.
- Participate and present end-user education training sessions, seminars, and virtual events.
- Transfer industry knowledge to sales-related end-users (Retail locations, order desk, marketing members, service technicians, sales representatives, management).

Distribution Sales (Enviro-Solutions, ServClean, and Private Label Brands)
- Sales growth within all existing distribution partners and new account development.
- Developing new distribution business for specified brands within the trading area.
- Strong focus on our new hand hygiene product line (All Organic Soap and Hand Sanitizer)

What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Solid track record of success from within the janitorial/sanitation industry is preferred
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B Sales. Distribution sales experience would be an asset
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
