About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1595278 Ontario Corporation. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, walking, ability to distinguish between colours, bending, crouching, kneeling.
