Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1595278 Ontario Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Manual dexterity, Walking, Ability to distinguish between colours, Bending, crouching, kneeling
