Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1595278 Ontario Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced sales environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, manual dexterity, and ability to walk.
