Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team by processing requests for services, creating leads and contracts on our CRM software, and assisting in scheduling appointments for our Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Process requests for services and create leads and contracts on our CRM software
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for our Sales team
  • Support the contract renewal process and produce and process contracts in both summer and winter months
  • Manage input of data on recall spreadsheets as required
  • Order and coordinate DB materials
  • Ensure accuracy of job costing files and update Fleet Access files
  • Provide customer support during snow events
  • Assist with lawn and garden renewals during winter months
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • DEC in Administration or other relevant education is an asset
  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
  • Previous 2 years experience in administration
  • Must be friendly, proactive, outgoing, and have the desire to find solutions for customers at all times
  • Must be able to adapt to new technology and learn quickly
  • Must be a Microsoft Office expert (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with Google Suite, LMN, and/or Follosoft is an asset
